Here's just a small sampling of the smiles we've helped to restore so far.

A Smile is Worth a Thousand Words
It was only after falling face first in a Publix that I realized just how much a smile can change a person’s whole appearance. It happened in a matter of seconds and for the next decade I would have to deal with the effects of just tripping on myself. When I was around 6 or 7 years old, my two front adult incisors broken in half diagonally making a triangle of my smile. Even though I aged my smile didn’t age with me. I was stuck as a fumbling child even through high school. It was only after an excruciating summer of dealing with a migraine in my mouth that anything was done about fixing this. I wouldn’t blame my dad for the lapse in time, considering how expensive dental work is. For so long I learned to hide my broken smile, embarrassed of what people would say at first, then I owned it as I got older. In a way this event made me who I am today. But I could never go back to what I was, and I thank God that I met Mark the summer before and worked with him at Springwater Farm. Otherwise my smile wouldn’t be what it is today. His Foundation really gave me something else to smile about. Let me tell you, it was a real turning point to get my first set of plastic teeth in as placers for my more permanent veneers. Those days everyone wanted to see me smile and I couldn’t help myself. It’s a nice feeling to smile and know that everyone just sees those pearly whites. For someone that hasn’t had a real smile for years, it’s priceless.
This young lady was one of the first to benefit from a generous donation to the Tony Mocny Smile Foundation. She was always a happy and outgoing person, but since her restoration she has gone on to accelerate in her career being promoted to a management role and her confidence level has soared. Needless to say, she smiles a lot more now!

“I just want to let you know…”
“I went to the dentist today, and they cleaned my whole mouth. When I got done, I asked the lady for the mirror and I was looking in it 5 minutes. The lady asked me whether I like them now. I told her ‘Wow, they look different and they are very nice.’ I just want to let you know.”
One of our founders met this super happy young lady while on vacation and she was submitted for assistance from the Tony Mocny Smile Foundation. Her smile, and possibly her life, were changed forever thanks to that random meeting.
